Sri Sahayak Ai is operated by XstoxServices Technologies Private Limited, Lotus Garden Society, Bhubaneswar, Odisha - 751019.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Sri Sahayak Ai ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Platform is provided by XstoxServices Technologies Private Limited. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
Accounts are issued through participating schools or authorized administrators. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use the Platform only for lawful educational purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, harass others, cheat on assessments, reverse-engineer the service, or use AI features to generate prohibited or harmful material. Schools may enforce additional conduct rules.
4. Educational Content & AI
Lessons, videos, assessments, and AI-generated responses are provided for learning support. They may contain errors. Teachers and institutions remain responsible for curriculum decisions. AI outputs are not a substitute for professional judgment in safety-critical situations.
5. Intellectual Property
The Platform, branding, software, and original content are owned by XstoxServices Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. Schools and users retain rights to their own submissions, while granting us a limited license to host and process content needed to operate the service.
6. School & Institutional Use
Where a school subscribes to the Platform, administrators manage user access, class data, and institutional settings. The school is responsible for ensuring appropriate consent and compliance with local education and data-protection requirements.
7. Availability & Changes
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be added, or removed. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XstoxServices Technologies Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding twelve months, if any.
9. Termination
We or your school may terminate or suspend access at any time. Upon termination, rights to use the Platform end, though provisions that should survive (privacy, liability limits, intellectual property) will remain in effect.
10. Governing Law & Contact
